The launch was only the beginning.

Amazon Fresh had an ambitious idea for launching its stores. The initial concept looked more like a promotional event. Milan saw the potential for something bigger.
He helped architect the first food festival at a grocery store, built around food, entertainment, wellness, and discovery.
What began as a promotion became an experience of its own.
It worked.
Amazon Fresh repeated the program across 17 stores in Los Angeles and Chicago.

A creative agency wanted to grow. Milan questioned whether pursuing more business was the only answer.
Clients. Commercial terms. Team structure. New opportunities. Some needed strengthening. Others reshaping. A few needed to go.
Milan changed how the agency decided where to commit its people, resources, and attention.

Growth became a question of choice, not volume.
An ambitious idea became something that could be tested.

Working with One Million Truths, Common Ground USA, Monks, and research partners, Milan shaped All We Share, a national intervention addressing political violence around the 2024 election. He led across creative, strategy, research implementation, and execution.

An independent evaluation of 1,505 participants found that the 90-second intervention produced:
in warmth toward the opposing political party
in affective polarization
The idea didn’t just become a campaign. It became something we could learn from.
